Christy Yow (姚蕙敏) is Malaysia’s answer to Singapore’s Fiona Xie and Taiwan’s Yao Yao, aka Guo Shu Yao.

This is the real reason why she is all over Singapore’s media scene lately, plus the fact that she has been casted as the famous Rose Chan.

Christy Yow, from the town of beauty queens, Ipoh, has been chosen to be act as Rose Chan. Taking part in Eric Khoo’s film project , she will play the role of one of the greatest, most incredibly brave and fearless character to have ply her trade in Singapore over the second half of the last century.
