Foyce Le Xuan Made Police Report Against Jack Neo with Love SMSes as Evidences

Foyce Le Xuan decided to make a police report on 15 March 2010 for “self protection”. Foyce told the press that she finally decided to lodge the police report at the Tampines Neighborhood Police Post. Her police report was made towards Jack Neo and an unknown man.

Foyce decided to make the report against her former boss, Jack Neo for sexual harrassment, mainly because Jack Neo had denied Foyce Le Xuan’s previous allegations that she was targeted by him. Jack Neo had only admitted and apologised for his affair with Wendy Chong. To prove that she did not lie, Foyce used the SMSes purportedly sent to her mobile phone by Jack Neo as evidences for the police report. She also showed two of the SMS from Jack to the media:

SMS from Jack Neo to Foyce Le Xuan

1st SMS allegedly from Jack to Foyce: “Thinking of you now” (in Chinese)

2nd SMS allegedly from Jack to Foyce: “I am on the way to JB [Malaysia] doing the album promotion, last 2 days were in KL. Miss u.”

At the same time, Foyce Le Xuan also reported to the police about the threatening phone calls and SMSes received over the last few days from an unknown man. The man has reportedly been harrassing her and warned her to “be careful as they won’t let her off”.

The irony of the situation is, just a few days before Foyce made the police report, Foyce Le Xuan was on RazorTV saying that she felt sorry for Jack Neo and Irene Kng and even cried her eyes out.

Seriously, this anal lady, nope not lady, a two-headed snake. it is so effing obvious. oh well, hope she watches her back in the public, because I don’t think people will look upon her. BUT, maybe those women out there like Foyce Le Xuan will then look upon her. Birds of feathers flock together, know what I mean ? (:

BTW, Jack Neo’s wife has already forgave him. So I don’t think anybody or anyone out there has got any rights to continue blaming & saying his faults because he has already gotten what he deserved.
No one is perfect in this world. To forgive and forget, it’s a reward.

Having gone through the article, it seems obvious that many young ladies and girls nowadays don’t quite understand the concept of chasing after the opposite sex. ie wooing and courting.

Judging from the contents of the two SMSes, the allegation of sexual harassment certainly has no grounds whatsoever.

In what ways could the statements, “I’m thinking of you now” and “I’m missing you” constitute the ideas of sexually harassing someone?

Jack was merely flirting with her.

If she didn’t like him making the advances on her — with mere words, not physical actions — then by all means, tell him off!

It’s obvious Jack was pining for her. He was expressing himself emotionally; showing how strong and passionate he had felt for her.

Of course, he was morally wrong for doing so, considering the fact that he’s already a married man. But moral and criminal offences are not synonymous with one another.

The contents of the SMSes simply could not and should not be interpreted as sexual advances!

Unless Jack was asking or telling or even implying to her for them to get physically involved together, the element of sexual harassment simply doesn’t exist.

The main problem is, many young ladies the like of Foyce Le Xuan still have poor grasp and understanding of the nature of romance in the adult world. They are still engrossed with their fantasy world of romance where there is the knight in shining armor and the ever ubiquitous, princess trapped in a tall, castle tower.

    Please grow up, ladies.
