How Often Do Singaporean Girls Wash Our Bras – Survey on Flowerpod Forum

Flowerpod Forum, which is rather popular among Singaporean ladies is a place where women/girls gather to discuss more feminine stuff online. Recently I chanced upon one survey a Flowerpod forumer was conducting, titled:

How Often Do You Wash Your Bras?, Necessary to wash everyday?

The results of the survey is quite an eye-opener for me. If we assume that the 200+ Flowerpodders who responded to the survey is representative of the female population in Singapore, the results show that only 46% of Singaporean women wash our bras daily. 16% will wash the bras every alternate day while 8% do so twice a week.

This leaves about 30% or close to one-third of Singaporean ladies washing their bras once a week, or less.

The statistics are really amusing and give food for thought about the personal hygiene levels of women living in Singapore.

Personally I think women should be washing bras once a day, especially since Singapore is a rather warm and humid country. Even for ladies who work in air-conditioned comfort and seldom sweat in the day, it is still a good idea since our body and skin do excrete some body oil that may cause body odor that will cling to our clothes.

    wash everyday?..probably CHANGE everyday..but not wash everyday.sheesh..only got two bras in their closet?..

    yeah. ‘change’ not wash. survey isnt reliable cos a lot of women might have been confused with the terms. who would wear a bra for even 1 week straight?
