Rachel Kum, the 24 years old Miss Singapore Universe 2009, has admitted to having her breasts enhanced and enlarged, during an exclusive interview with The New Paper last Wednesday.

Rachel Kum had previously kept silent about whether she had any plastic surgery despite the many allegations spreading both online and in the real world. However in a surprising turn of events, she finally revealed that she had bust enhancement before the beauty contest in May 2009. Standing tall at 1.7m and weighing 50kg, the vital statistics for Rachel is officially 34B-24-33.

Despite the controversial photos of her surfacing online, Rachel Kum managed to retain her crown. This was unlike the even more controversial ex Miss Singaore World 2009, Ris Low, who had to give up her crown after the news of her committing credit card fraud surfaced.

It is nice that Rachel Kum decided to come clean after all this while but there are people who wonder if her enhancements were worth the money spent. Since size B is not exactly a mountain by most measures.
