Most Controversial Fast Food Ad: Burger King Seven Incher Ad is Embarrassing

Burger King was embroiled in a controversy as an advertisement for their burger has been labelled as one of the worst / most embarrassing / most disgusting advertisement by a fast food chain.

The fiasco started when Bon-Food Pte Ltd, the authorised franchisee of Burger King in Singapore, put up this print advertisement in Jun 2009 as shown in the picture above. The ad depicted a girl faced with the daunting task of having to take on the latest massive 7 inch burger from Burger King.

Unfortunately this Burger King ad has gone a little to far. Many people condemned the ad as showing women in a “compromising position”. Many women’s rights groups and organizations are taking a stand against this sexist new ad.
