Singapore has been experiencing really heavy rain over this 2 days. Apparently the rain was so heavy that it affected the premium shopping belt, where parts of Orchard Road and Scotts Road area experienced flooding this morning.

As seen in the photos, the flood had affected some of the shopping centres in town. There were reports that motorists were caught in a bad jam lasting for close to 2 hours in the Orchard area.
