Singapore’s First Car Wash That Show Neh Neh?

I came across this website and was very surprised that there is such a type of car wash to be unveiled in Singapore very soon. In fact, their website stated that it will happen on 26 Sep 2009. In about 3 weeks, if you are interested, you can actually see the very first car washing in Singapore where the cleaners will show their neh neh.

Is this for real? Won’t the police catch? Any one of you have any clue as to what this event is really about?
