Vote: Should Jack Neo be Forgiven?

By now, most Singaporeans would have heard all the news about Jack Neo’s affairs (complete guide here). 16 women and one 2-minute press conference later, the public and the media shows little sign of letting up on digging all the scandals and juicy news about Jack Neo.

One of the most hotly debated question on Wayang Times so far has been, should Irene Kng, his wife, forgive Jack Neo so easily?
Should Jack Neo’s wife Irene Kng forgive his affairs for their family’s sake?

The world is an unforgiving place.
Hope those that voted ‘no’, does not cheat on their partners in the future, if not it’s “pot calling the kettle black”.
be it 1 or 16, he shouldnt be forgiven! Such an act brings shame to himself and hurt innocent wife! What if Wendy did not expose how Jack is in real life. Jack will still continue to have mistress all over the world!!!!
And now Wendy is probably a rich girl XD
How many person dare to admit that he/she did not have sex with any other person except their own spouse?

It’s none of our business. What he did is not illegal and in many people eyes is just unethical. He do not need to say sorry to anyone besides his own family and maybe to his victims. We don’t even know if they are the victims as some already knew that he’s married and still becomes his lover.
The only different here is that he is sort of famous while the rest of us are not, and if we are in the similar situation, no one really give a damn. If his wife and kids don’t care and accept it, who are we to judge? Do we have higher and superior moral value than he is? As I see it, even his mistress accept it, it’s victimless crime.
Somewhere there is a law, if you legally marry more than one wife at any given time, the authority will send you to jail even your intention is to give status to your so called 2nd family. However if you have kids out of wedlock and not marrying your mistress, it’s alright because you don’t break any laws. If you die tomorrow, ****s hits the fan and your mistress / 2nd unofficial wife and kids which is not legal in the eyes of the law and don’t get anything at all. Even if the 1st wife agree of accepting a new sister into the household and it’s victimless crime. Victimless crime means no crime but the law will make it into a crime because the society say so and end up, victims will appears because of the law.
Sounds the state and law is pretty hypocrite. It is our human rights to have how many wife/husband as we wish for provided all parties agree and there is no victim. It’s not the state to tell you or Jack Neo what he should or should not do. It’s his right and it’s all about him and his family. If his family don’t give a damn, why should we? By the way, it’s becoming a media circus. Everyone is like casting stones against him even what he did is nothing illegal and nothing to do with us. It’s his and his family life, how they wish to live it, it’s their choice.
Now as the media blew it up, he seems like the devil incarnate to everyone and even need to give out press statement to say sorry. Well… he don’t need to and he is forced to do it due to the media. Thank you to all the medias. You screw up people’s life and it’s not even illegal what he is doing.
Rudolf: Well some are loyal
but what I find surprising is that why the netizens (or whatever you call them) are showing no compassion at all? Yea Jack cheated on his wife, and he apologized. The important thing is that he apologized and not blame his wife (or anyone else).
How to forgive some who doesn’t repent?
Has he ever thought of compensating Wendy Chong?
Is he not thinking of fighting Foyce and the rest of the girls?
On what basis can he be forgiven?
He’s bad news.
