The talk of the town lately must have been The McDonald’s Singapore Monopoly Game. While there are many attractive prizes that may be won if you play the game, top most in many people’s minds is the $50,000 grand prize. To win this prize, 1 player must have collected both the Marina Bay and Sentosa Cove game piece stickers.

Today, I have received 2 sms-es from my friends claiming that they heard rumours that someone has already found the Sentosa Cove game piece sticker and thus won the $50,000 top prize in this McDonald’s Monopoly game. They have also claim to swore off eating Macs for a few months since it is now “pointless” to continue the game as the $50K prize has been won. It is abit silly in my opinion. Even though the odds of winning the top prize is equivalent to winning ToTo or 4D, the odds of winning the other prizes are actually much better. Consider this, there are still 211 other prizes to be won, not counting the free apple pies or small fries that you may be able to claim.

    Although I dun know if it is won already or not but I will keep trying until Mac announce the end of the game. Also the odds of winning this is fixed. Confirm plus chop someone will win but for ToTo that is not the case. So cannot really say the odds of getting Sentosa Cove is the same as ToTo.

    ToTo is 1 in 8,000,000 while I believe getting Sentosa Cove is much easier.

    Opps.. Typo.. Anyway, on topic, as long as McDonalds havent announce it officially, I believe that piece is still lurking somewhere or yet to be even printed as of today.. =)
